Javier Lluch
Mr. Javier Lluch has successfully developed and managed real estate projects, properties and investment funds from Florida to Illinois for almost two decades, including partnerships with some of the largest U.S. real estate firms, articulating real estate investments for over a billion Dollars in equity.
While working for Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lluch negotiated and established important institutional relationships in Latin America with some of the largest financial institutions in the region.
Mr. Lluch graduated in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in Canada, and attended the Master’s program for Civil Engineering in Construction Management at Florida International University. He also has several real estate certificates of specialty studies from accredited U.S. institutions such as CCIM.
Jorge Lluch
Mr. Jorge Lluch with 40 years of real estate investment, development, and construction experience, as founding partner of several real estate development and investments companies, in Canada, Chile and Venezuela, Mr. Lluch is a wealth a knowledge. From the development of over 10,000 single homes and apartment projects for affordable housing programs to high rise luxury condominium buildings. Mr. Lluch also serve as a managing director to Bricks Fund. A real estate investment fund which specialized in multifamily investments and condo-conversion from Florida to Illinois. Today Mr. Lluch serves as real estate consultant for several high net worth foreign investors.
Mr. Lluch, Graduated in Production Engineering, New York. He’s earned a financial Management degree from Universidad Catolica de Chile and also has a Marketing Management specialization from the IESA (Venezuela) Institute for high studies. Mr Lluch has various specialty Real Estate studies at the accredited CCIM.
Ralph E. Stebenne
Mr. Ralph Stebenne Multi-Family, Student Housing and Assisted Living Facility Specialist.
Mr. Stebenne has more than 15 years of Operations Management, Acquisition, Due Diligence, and Disposition experience related to various classes of real estate, focusing on multi-family, student housing, and assisted living facilities. He also has over 15 years of financial analysis experience, including experience in complex financial arrangements. He has been involved in complex management and financial contracts for over 20 years.
As a senior team member with Prescient, he was involved with sourcing, analyzing, and implementing public and private sector business initiatives and contract engagements in regards to relationships for the acquisition, management and disposition of various asset classes. He is a reliable executive with a proven track record of accomplishments in large scale national projects in both the public and private sectors.
Michael Miarecki
Mr. Michael Miarecki is an entrepreneurial executive branding real estate and resort development in more than 10 countries with 27 years of international strategic brand building experience.
Miarecki has directed the marketing and branding efforts for international property clients and partners such as W Hotel and Residences, Sol Melia Hotels, Blackstar Properties, Marathon Capital, MH Funding and Investments, Fairmont Hotels, FIFCO-Reserva Conchal Development and Prospect Properties with more than $1.5 billion in projects completed under his eye since 2003.
A recipient of more than three-dozen industry awards for branding and marketing campaigns and creative work, Miarecki is a frequent speaker and presenter at real estate and resort industry conferences and luxury branding symposiums.
He is fluent in English and French and conversational in Portuguese.

Rene Diaz de Villegas & Emilio Mascaro (The Morex Group, Inc). are seasoned construction professionals with over 40 years of experience, involved in mayor projects in the South Florida Area ranging from heavy Civil works, such as portions of the Metrorail and Metro Mover, stretches of The Florida Turnpike and Concrete Segmental Bridges; Numerous Schools for the Miami Dade County Public Schools which included 5 High Schools and many Private sector projects with close to 2,000 residential apartments and condominiums just in the past 6 years, building over $1 Billion worth of projects.

Nizar Alawamleh
With over 15 years of team leadership and operational management experience, Nizar Alawamleh joins Element Development as a Project Coordinator.
Nizar served in the military and worked internationally, obtaining his Project Management Professional certification and has successfully managed projects worth upwards of $150 million dollars in South Florida, Kuwait and Dubai.
Vivían Bonet Rubio
Bachelor of Architecture, University of Miami A.A. in Architecture, Miami Community College
Vivian Bonet is responsible for leading the company’s design and construction efforts. With more than two decades of experience as an architect before focusing on development management, she is well- versed in the full lifecycle of a project from design, entitlements to groundbreaking through completion. Vivian is responsible for GC management, consultant coordination, permitting, product specifications, contract documents and construction administration.
